It's a girl!

Evidently my doctor can never find the baby's heartbeat with the dopler, so I get to have an ultrasound everytime I go in. Today, we saw not only the heartbeat, but the girl parts. I'm way excited. This is going to work out nicely. BTW, the 20 week appointment is next month.

Trip to Utah

Corbin got some experience with driving a tractor and a backhoe (I couldn't get the video of the backhoe to load).

Merek riding a horse.

Madi riding a horse.

Corbin did a slot canyon with dad and grandpa at Zion's.

Repelling with friends from Florida.

The kids found a bed to rest on while repelling.

Family Picture.
Getting ready to fish.

Rylan with his fish. He caught 3 fish on this trip. One time he had just stuck his hook into the water, and somehow he caught a fish.

Fishing from the boat. Corbin was the driver.

Getting out of town

The other day we felt the need to get out of town. So we hopped into the car and headed up towards Arrowrock Dam. We found a nice spot along the river and stopped for the afternoon.

The boys named the stumps Rylan Island, Tyler Island, and Corbin Island.

Here are some bones the boys found.

Mud

We have a new river on our property. Corbin dug it. The kids loved playing in it.

No Fear

I was informed that Rylan had climbed to the top of the tree that had fallen in our yard. So I grabbed the camera and ran outside to find him like this.
Mike had to go back to work and had to take a break from the shed. So far he has it framed in, and covered it with a tarp. But it is completely functional...

Zoo Trip

Tyler's kindergarten field trip was to the Boise Zoo. The kids were divided into groups of three or four. This is Tyler's group. (NOT the easiest group to watch.) We spent about 1 1/2 hours at the zoo looking at the animals, and then we headed to the park to eat lunch and play. They had almost 2 hours at the park. The kids had so much fun. They were not bored once. The weather was perfect. Not hot or cold.

All in a day's work

Meet the newest member of our family. It is a 1969 Honda Dream, all original except for the back tire. It has 5000 miles on it. It was bought as an investment, but is already well loved.

Our lawn mower got a flat tire. Corbin was too impatient to wait for Mike to help him fix it. He is currently mowing the lawn.

Tyler came home from school all excited about his field trip to the zoo on Thursday. I am excited too, it is the first field trip that I will be able to go on.

This is our new lawn/garden shed, or it will be...

Mike and I were able to go on a date tonight, thanks to my mother-in-law watching the kids. We spent our time picking up supplies for the shed at home depot, eating dinner at Outback, and browsing and D&B Supply. Such a simple date, and I had a great time. Mike gets so excited about his new projects.
