We found this house right after we found the house we are in now. It was listed as a short-sale, and we thought it would make a good rental house, so we made an offer. Long story short, we got the house and the short sale was approved, and we will be closing on it next week. The house isn't much to look at, but we love the location. It is nestled in the foothills of SE Boise on half an acre. It's backyard is the view that you see below. It is in walking distance to the greenbelt/river. Right now it will be a rental, but someday we might remodel/add on to it, and move in.
